Wine Advocate
Strawberry and white peach aromas along with a glossy, generously juicy palate make for a 2007 Eitelsbacher Karthauserhofberg Riesling Spatlese of abundant youthful charm. (This is A.P. #13, although the two additional Spatlesen in the collection bear prominent “cask numbers” on their labels for telling them apart.) The balance here is impeccable, with delicacy and lift thanks in part to low alcohol, yet without the wine’s sweetness becoming at all obvious, much less cloying. Alkaline and wet stone mineral elements add interest and offer the perfect foil for persistently generous ripe peach, lime, and strawberry in a long, refreshing finish. This will prove delightful for close to – if not longer than – 20 years.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
