New Canaan Wine Shipping Policy

All orders shipped to destinations outside of Connecticut are exempt from Connecticut State Tax. All orders shipped TO or WITHIN Connecticut will be taxed.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll replace your goods at no extra charge.

Please allow 1 day for tracking information to be obtained. Once the package is registered and leaves UPS the tracking information becomes available. We will email you a tracking number and a link to the UPS site where you can track your package.

UPS charges a $6 signing fee for alcoholic beverages and a we charge a 5% boxing cost which is factored into your shipping cost.
