Domaine Alain Paret Condrieu Les Ceps du Nébadon 2012

SKU 05044

Aged 10 months on its fine lees in new oak casks, this wine has exotic tropical fruit aromas to match its flamboyant character. Like a diamond with a thousand faces, it boasts a pale yellow-gold appearance, with a great nose showing subtle hints of wildflowers and a much-appreciated density in mouth lasting through the rich long finish.

Wine AdvocateStarting off the 2012s, the 2012 Condrieu Les Ceps du Nebadon is a gorgeous Condrieu that has full-bodied richness and depth on the palate, with classic aromas and flavors of caramelized peaches, apricot, white flowers and hints of toast all emerging from the glass. Supple, upfront and hard to resist, with a rounded, textured profile and moderate acidity, it should be enjoyed over the coming couple of years.

Wine Spectatorresh and enticing, with lovely green plum, green almond and glazed pear notes all wrapped with a flattering hint of chartreuse. The long finish shows sneaky cut. Drink now. 500 cases made.
