Domaine A et P de Villaine Rully Les Saint Jacques 2013
The millerandage permitted that we picked a small quantity of very beautiful grapes. The wine aged in barrels and big wooden cask (foudres), exalts of fresh white skin fruits, very crisp, the presence of the fruit doesn't hide neither the finesse nor the natural elegance of this wine. The charm of our Rully Les saint-Jacques lies in its finesse nd subtlety of aroma rather than its power. It is best drunk chilled, between 54°F and 57°F, after two to six years of aging. Serve it with fish or white meat, again avoiding overly spicy sauces or seasonning, or with mild goat cheeses.
