Domaine Mittnacht Freres Cuvée Gyotaku 2014
Blended specifically for sushis and spicy fish, is based on the refreshing Pinot Blanc grape, with over 50 % of the "noble" grapes varieties : riesling for finesse, pinot gris for body, Muscat for fruit and gewürztraminer for richness et spice. The obtained result is a "malicious" wine, surprising and elegant. Frank aromatic expression of flowers, butter notes and spice. Refreshingly dry on the palate, finishing on an agreeably fruity and perfumed note, with enough character to stand up to spicy sauces. "Gyotaku" is a tradional Japanese Art created with fish, ink and paper. Foods agreements: Aperitif, fish : fresh, marinated, grilled, sushi, tempura, with white meat and also with lightly spiced food.
