Roux Pere & Fils Chassagne Montrachet 2015
Located in the southern part of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet has a varied terroir consisting of pebbly limestone, marl, and sandy soil. The bouquet shows floral tones, accented b herbal and mineral undertones and a subtly nutty quality. Honey and pear aromas appear over time. Fermented on the lees and aged in French oak barrels for more than a year, Roux Chassagne-Montrachet is smooth and rich in texture.
