Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of cherries and spice, especially black pepper, on the nose. Robust and full bodied on the palate. Smooth and velvety, with ripe and well-balanced tannins. This wine is ideal with all grilled or sauced red meat dishes, seasoned game birds, and white meats. It also pairs very well with pastas, pâté, hams, and ripe cheeses.
Fattoria di Magliano Vermentino della Maremma Pagliatura 2016The name Pagliatura, meaning "hay," references the golden color of the wine. White peach, apple, and pear aromas abound, while floral notes further enhance the bouquet. A hint of mint adds an interesting component to the flavor profile. Vinified in stainless steel to allow maximum fruit expression, the wine is refined on the fine lees for 3 months. Although bottle aged for an additional 6 months, this wine remains fresh. A savory wine to enjoy with a meal.

Montinore Pinot GrisThe 2016 Pinot Gris is a lovely example of the great balance that we can achieve in the Northern Willamette Valley with this variety. It emerges with aromatics of pear, Meyer lemon zest and fresh mint. It opens up on the palate with a silky and light texture to offer a foundation of stone fruits, melon and bright citrus, with zippy acidity. It finishes with stony minerality and white pepper, with lush and rich texture. As people have come to expect from our Pinot Gris, the 2016 is an excellent food wine that pairs well with anything from salads and seafood to grilled chicken and light meats.
Naked Earth Rouge 2015Beautiful concentration, with rich and dark crimson hues, showing raspberry-red tinges at the edges. An impressive nose of strawberry and vanilla, with accents of cinnamon and smoke. Thick, rich and concentrated upon entry, moving into notes of ripe fruits like strawberry and blueberry. The finish is long and elegantly spicy, ending with hints of dark cherries, espresso and chocolate. Serve with red meat, hearty pastas, pizza and spicy dishes.
