Dominus Napa Valley Red 2014Dominus Estate wines are made with an objective of purity, balance and complexity. Minimal intervention and restraint throughout the process of grape berry selection, fermentation and aging preserve the character of the fruit. The resulting wines convey the very personality of the vineyard. Dominus winemaking includes separate lot-by-lot fermentation. Cluster sorting by hand is complemented by an optical berry sorting system. Gentle pumping-over extracts aromas, color and tannins. Vertical wine press at low pressure delicately releases components from the skin. Racking barrel to barrel in 100% french oak removes sediment and assures clarification of the wine during aging. We recommend decanting the wine prior to serving to allow it to develop its full potential. This is especially important when serving young Dominus wines.
Chene Bleu Rosé 2016Crystal-clear pale rose pink color. On the nose are aromas of strawberries and citrus with hints of jasmine and passion fruit. On the palate are expressive summer fruits; fresh full-bodied and fruity with a crisp, elegant finish. Pairs well with grilled seafood, shellfish, fresh lobster, lightly spiced dishes, summer salads or tender lamb.

WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey 15 year oldWithin this bottle is the culmination of years of patience - a liquid chosen from our finest stocks to be aged for more than a decade. The first WhistlePig product aged in Vermont Estate Oak harvested right from our farm. It is our oldest whiskey. The harsh winters and short growing seasons in Vermont bestow a tight grain pattern upon our trees. Kentucky oak trees are fat. Vermont ones are tight. Tight wood delivers more flavor and depth. The new Vermont Oak barrels receive a long toast and heavy char designed to draw out a rich sweetness to complement the natural spice of aged rye. The final product mixes rye spice with wood sugar, earthy oakiness and lush citrus notes, all wrapped in a velvety smoothness unique to the finest aged spirits. Domaines Ott Clos Mireille Rosé 2016With its clear, pale peach hue and copper tints, this wine reveals delicate fruity aromas of apricot, white peach and mimosa underpinned by spicy notes of cardamom and vanilla. The palate offers a fresh, zesty attack and a rich, round mid-palate dominated by aromas of ripe fruit. Notes of candied citrus fruit and white pepper linger on the invigorating finish.
Domaines Ott Château de Selle Rosé 2016A subtle balance between structure and finesse, this wine is a perfect illustration of the precision required to make a rosé, the rigorous process that celebrates the flesh of the fruit and the very heart of the grape... The wine is a reflection of the complexity of its limestone hillsides and arid soil; austerity bathed in dazzling sunshine. Rosé Cœur de Grain from the Château de Selle combines four grape varieties from the Côtes de Provence appellation including Grenache (over half) for the delicate colour and full-bodied texture. In lesser quantities, Cabernet Sauvignon - perfect for limestone soils - lends structure with a hint of spice, Cinsault offers softness and Syrah fruitiness. This pale pink wine with golden tints releases fragrances of citrus fruit and orchard flowers enveloped in spice. On the palate, the immediate effect is elegant and open, developing subtle aromas with a lemony edge before a sweet finish of appealing length.
