Clos des Lunes Lune Blanche 2017
Plump and forward, with a brioche frame around notes of apricot, nectarine, glazed peach and warm almond. Shows a hint of piecrust on the finish. Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Drink now through 2022.
The largest production release is the 2017 Clos Des Lunes Lune Blanche, and it's a beauty well worth seeking out, offering juicy citrus, lime and minty notes in a medium-bodied, fresh, racy style. It's beautifully balanced and the most upfront and easygoing. Nevertheless, I suspect it will age gracefully.
