Domaine de Beaurenard Rasteau 2016
Classified as a "Cru" site in 2010, this calcareous-clay and stone sloped 25 ha vineyard produces very low yields (30 hl/Ha). For this Rasteau, hand-picked grapes are destemmed and fermented with wild yeasts. The wine was aged for 12 month in vats and oak foudres.
