Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Cabernet Sauvignon is the classic grape of Los Vascos' vineyard and is the variety on which the estate has built its reputation. The common feature of all the vintages is ripe fruit, fresh aromas, and a supple, full-bodied structure. This wine has a sparkling ruby red colour and a pleasantly fruity nose with aromas of black cherries, raspberries and plums, all with a hint of spice. This is a silky, flavourful wine, with a supple tannin structure. A great classic.
Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Our 2016 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon brims with ripe, concentrated aromas of black currant and blackberry with a roasted coffee and mocha background, underscored by threads of faint oral notes. This wine's lush core of bright blackberry, cherry and red currant are complemented by expressive toasted notes on the mid-palate. The nish is full of lingering avors of vanilla, caramel, toffee, tobacco and spice. Bread & Butter Chardonnay 2016This Chardonnay opens delicately with rich notes of vanilla bean and almond husk, which is reminiscent of a decadent creme brulle. The creamy custard notes are balanced by a soft minerality and a hint of tropical fruit. Those creamy notes continue to your palate where they are joined with a light woodiness from the oak. Just like that first bite of brulle, this wine will lingers into a long, creamy finish.
Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino 2010Poggio Antico's Brunello di Montalcino is typically deep and intense ruby red in color. The bouquet is well developed and persistent, and increases in intensity with further bottle aging. It has a very clean nose, with hints of blackberry and licorice. In the mouth it is rounded and concentrated, with great vitality, yet elegant and harmonious, thanks to the particularly sweet tannins. It has a very long finish and ages gracefully under proper conditions.

Josh Cellars North Coast Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Appearance: Deep ruby with concentrated legs on the glass. Nose: Bursting with dark fruits and roasted nuts, with aromas of fresh black cherries, blackcurrant, rose pedal, and roasted walnuts. Palate: Rich flavors of black cherries, toasted hazelnuts, fresh sage, mocha, and subtle vanilla and oak flavors. Tannins are firm in their youth but will soften with age. Food Pairings: Grilled steak, short ribs, braised red cabbage, roasted duck.
