Ver Sacrum Monastrell 2018
Ver Sacrum's 2018 Monastrell from Los Chacayes, Uco Valley was aged in concrete eggs in lees. Presenting subtle vinous, liqueur-like aromas of sweet and sour cherry on the nose. It's similarly nuanced in the mouth. The skinny palate is energized by the excellent freshness along with a vigorous lick of alcohol at the back of the throat.
