Beautiful pale gold color with green highlights. Fresh, lively and mineral, the nose opens with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers such as acacia, butter and spices. On the palate, the wine is perfectly fine, with a unique and easily recognizable personality. Can be enjoyed with fatty fish (salmon, tuna), poultry, but also with exotic or Asian cuisine. For cheeses, prefer dry goat cheese, Beaufort, Comté or Cheddars.
