Chateau Bonnet Entre Deux Mers Blanc 2016
Appearance: 2016 Château Bonnet has a very pale brilliant colour. Nose: Sauvignon Blanc aromas predominate, with complex nuances of tropical fruit and citrus that will delight people who love wines from this estate, and who appreciate its intense yet ethereal bouquet. There are also hints of yellow peach, showing that the grapes were picked very ripe. Mouth: Quite rich and full-bodied. The freshness enables the flavours to last from beginning to end of the tasting. Although still very young, this wine has a soft, pleasant, velvety aftertaste. It is very balanced and charming as an aperitif, or with salads and seafood dishes.
