A dark, intense ruby colour with garnet-red reflects. An intense nose with red berries, notes of raspberries, spices, and vanilla. A round and rich mouth with a finale of mellowed tannins. The wine is well structured with a good length in the mouth. Food Accompaniments: Roasted red meats, poultry, "confit de canard" (duck) and refined cheeses (Brebis des Pyrénées).
