Sixpoint Dabble IPA 6 pack 12oz CanAs brewers, one of our main goals is consistency. You walk into a pub, the 'keep pulls the handle, the beer in your glass tastes like you expect. We spend thousands of hours with a consistent look, aroma and taste as our goal and certainly acknowledge those merits. But in the interest of Mad Science, for Dabble IPA we're going to formulate as we go, unconstrained. So don't be surprised when you notice small evolutions in Dabble one month to the next. One thing will remain constant - the liquid will be eye-popping, aromatic, and juicy as hell. The other virtue here is freshness - always paramount if you want your hops to pop. Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra… these new-age hop strains are volatile, especially when used in late-addition. The huge flavors and aromas of Dabble are at their ultimate peak right now, so this draft-only IPA will all be set for immediate release and won't leave NYC (unless you fill a growler and smuggle it out). Dabble is a vivid sensory experience - the hop flavors leap seamlessly from mango to papaya to grapefruit and much more. Prep yo' brain.

Bellacosa North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
Bonanza Lot 1 Cabernet Sauvignon
Banshee Cabernet Sauvignon 2015The lone blending component is a parcel of Cabernet Franc from Howell Mountain that adds both aroma and an herbal undercurrent. The wine is a roughly 50/50 split of Napa Valley floor and Vaca Mountain range fruit, marrying plush fruit with more wild structural elements.
Joel Gott California Sauvignon Blanc 2017Our 2017 California Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of mango, ripe melon, peach and passion fruit with citrus and floral notes. The wine opens with bright, tropical aromas, followed by crisp, refresh- ing acidity and a long, clean, balanced finish.
Rainoldi Inferno Valtellina Superiore 2015Delicate, hazelnut, ethereal aroma. Dry, pleasantly tannic, lingering taste. Inferno pairs very well with red meat, game and rich cheeses.
FitVine Chardonnay 2016Our story doesn't include fancy chateaus or barrels hewed from the limbs of majestic oaks. We're OK with that and we think you will be too. That's why we have made FitVine to simply be great tasting wine that you've come to expect. Aromas of pears and lemon custard, citrus swirls and a hint of vanilla. A full bodied dry wine with a long crisp finish. Finished in stainless steel instead of oak, this wine is clean and crisp while full flavored, double-filtered and cold stabilized.
Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Cabernet Sauvignon is the classic grape of Los Vascos' vineyard and is the variety on which the estate has built its reputation. The common feature of all the vintages is ripe fruit, fresh aromas, and a supple, full-bodied structure. This wine has a sparkling ruby red colour and a pleasantly fruity nose with aromas of black cherries, raspberries and plums, all with a hint of spice. This is a silky, flavourful wine, with a supple tannin structure. A great classic.
Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Our 2016 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon brims with ripe, concentrated aromas of black currant and blackberry with a roasted coffee and mocha background, underscored by threads of faint oral notes. This wine's lush core of bright blackberry, cherry and red currant are complemented by expressive toasted notes on the mid-palate. The nish is full of lingering avors of vanilla, caramel, toffee, tobacco and spice. Firmly textured tannins with fresh, balanced acidity make this Cabernet the perfect pairing for port- braised beef short ribs topped with mint leaves.
Bread & Butter Chardonnay 2016This Chardonnay opens delicately with rich notes of vanilla bean and almond husk, which is reminiscent of a decadent creme brulle. The creamy custard notes are balanced by a soft minerality and a hint of tropical fruit. Those creamy notes continue to your palate where they are joined with a light woodiness from the oak. Just like that first bite of brulle, this wine will lingers into a long, creamy finish.
Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino 2010Poggio Antico's Brunello di Montalcino is typically deep and intense ruby red in color. The bouquet is well developed and persistent, and increases in intensity with further bottle aging. It has a very clean nose, with hints of blackberry and licorice. In the mouth it is rounded and concentrated, with great vitality, yet elegant and harmonious, thanks to the particularly sweet tannins. It has a very long finish and ages gracefully under proper conditions.

Seghesio Sonoma Zinfandel 2016Each vintage, we harvest multiple diverse lots of Zinfandel that span the entire Sonoma County Zinfandel landscape. Each of these lots is produced under the careful eye of our winemaker, Ted Seghesio. The best of these lots are selected to make Sonoma Zinfandel. A small amount of Petite Sirah is added to honor century old traditions and to provide color and structure. The result is a wine that offers tantalizing raspberry, blueberry, classic briary and spicy flavors with a balance of components for which Seghesio wines are known.
Craggy Range Te Muna Road Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2017Pale lemon straw. Vibrant aromas of nectarine, green apple, honeysuckle and a hint of nettle. Lovely precision on the palate with a core of zesty fruit and a long satisfyingly dry textural finish. Food Pairing: This wine pairs very well with all types of seafood and poultry. La Rioja Alta Viña Ardanza Reserva 2008Outstanding dark-cherry red; intense, bright and clean. Château-de-Ribebon Bordeaux Superieur 2015"Quality is not possible with quantity, and I want my wine to capture the essence of our fantastic terroir." -Amélie Aubert
Fattoria Petrolo Toscana Torrione 2015Torrione is made mainly from Sangiovese coming from a combination of historic vines of the 70s and ones more recently planted. The 2015 is a blend of Sangiovese (80%), Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%). The recent vineyards were planted under fortunately rigorous guidelines based on the number of vines per hectare and on strict zoning. The yield per plant is notably restricted (max 2.5 lbs per vine plant), allowing a concentration of all the noble components of the grape, fundamental for the full-bodied character of this wine.
Kris Pinot Grigio 2017Ironically, "grigio" means "gray" in Italian, which couldn't be further from the truth in the case of KRIS, which is bursting with colorful aromas and flavors developed in high vineyards of the Veneto region. With enticing aromas of acacia flowers, lime, tangerine and hints of apricots and almonds, KRIS Pinot Grigio is bold but clean and refreshing on the palate, and offers a long finish tinged with orange blossom and honey.
di Lenardo Pinot Grigio 2017Bouquet is very pleasant with a good array of varietal aromas such as pear Williams, banana, apricot and Acacia flowers. Taste is reminiscent of pear syrup and quince peel. Good acid balance good body and long finish. Mature wines have a bouquet of toasted almonds and straw. Food Pairing: White Meat (like Chicken, Turkey, Guinea Fowl etc.) are for sure the best backup food to pair with Pinot Grigio, because of its delicate texture and soft flavor. It will pair well quite with all the classical seafood (baked, grilled fish, a fry up, etc) but, thanks to its freshness and sapidity, it shines with delicate dish (ex. sushi, shellfish, swordfish or seabass carpaccio, etc). Cow's milk helps to bring out some of the sweeter flavors in Pinot Grigio (Brie, Gruyere, Mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano). Sheep's milk (Gouda, Roquefort, Manchego, Fleur du Marquis, Etorki) tends to help accentuate the more earthy and mineral tones of it. Light pasta dishes. Since this wine is fairly acidic itself, it is recommended to avoid pairing it with foods that have high acid contents, like citrus fruits or tomato-based recipes. Perfect for pairing with a medley of fresh herbs and veggie options.
Beckmen Vineyards Cuvee Le Bec 2015A magnificent Cuvee le Bec vintage crafted with 43% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 14% Mourvedre, and 8% Counoise, the blend leans heavily on Grenache compared to the Syrah-dominate 2013 and 2014 vintages. The flavors and aromas are brighter with more red-spectrum fruits, and complex layers of spices, earth, and pepper. A very elegant blend, this vintage shows a little higher acidity which keeps the wine bright and helps to lengthen the very long finish. Honestly, one of my favorite Cuvee le Bec's to date! Enjoy from 2017 - 2024.
Chateau les Valentines Le Caprice de Clémentine Rosé 2016A pale pink hue, and aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberry, white peach, and wet stones. Wild strawberry and citrus flavors combined with a deep minerality in the mouth leads to a soft finish. This is a fruity wine that is fresh all the way through.
Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir 2014The 2014 edition of our Estate Pinot Noir packs a full range of red and darker berry flavors. Beginning with the nose one encounters delicate rose petal, strawberry jam, and blackberry cobbler. Ten months of barrel age lends a sweetness that balances the supple tannin from this exceptional vintage producing an intense full bodied Pinot Noir. The hallmark of Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir is the texture, and this wine delivers with a supple and silky mouth-feel guaranteed to please. This Pinot can be enjoyed as an aperitif or matched with a diverse group of dishes such as beef, poultry, pork or grilled salmon, prepared in a variety of culinary styles.
Gramona Gessami 2016Appearance: Pale green with brilliant highlights. Nose: Great aromatic intensity reminiscent of a walk in the springtime. It evokes the cool, fresh air, a bunch of white flowers, jasmine, and orange blossom. Aromas of chamomile tea and linden infusions. Apricots, peaches, a citrus breeze. All bound up in a very fragrant, fresh halo. Palate: Pleasant on entry, light bodied and silky on the palate. Fantastic freshness on the finish. The balance of its fruity and floral character is such that it shifts between delicate softness and structure, smoothness and freshness. Food Pairings: Appetizers, salads, and grilled vegetables. All kinds of fish or seafood. Very good with Japanese food. Rice, paellas.
Gerard Bertrand Perles De Sauvignon Blanc 2017The Sauvignon is characterized by its attractive citrus, and sometimes menthol, aromas and is nicely rounded on the palate. The ageing of a part of the wine in oak barrels gives structure and length in mouth. Food Pairing: Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif, or with shellfish, grilled fish or fresh goat's cheese.
Tre Fili Pinot Grigio 2016Colour: A yellow straw colour. Nose: The bouquet is intense, fruity with notable character. Palate: Fresh, well balanced with a good finish and length. Food Pairing: It is excellent with minestrone, omelettes, egg dishes in general and fish.
Montinore Pinot Gris 2016The 2016 Pinot Gris is a lovely example of the great balance that we can achieve in the Northern Willamette Valley with this variety. It emerges with aromatics of pear, Meyer lemon zest and fresh mint. It opens up on the palate with a silky and light texture to offer a foundation of stone fruits, melon and bright citrus, with zippy acidity. It finishes with stony minerality and white pepper, with lush and rich texture. As people have come to expect from our Pinot Gris, the 2016 is an excellent food wine that pairs well with anything from salads and seafood to grilled chicken and light meats.
Naked Earth Rouge 2016Eye: Beautiful concentration, with rich hues of dark crimson, raspberry-red at the edges Nose: An impressive nose of strawberry and vanilla, with accents of cinnamon and smoke Palate: A complete package: thick, rich and concentrated upon entrance, moving into notes of ripe fruits (strawberry and blueberry), the finish is long and elegantly spicy, ending with hints of dark cherries, espresso and chocolate
