Chateau Montelena Estate Zinfandel 2013Cocoa, espresso, and cedar, readily apparent on the nose as the wine is poured, transition slowly to ripe blackberry, fig, and mint. The acidity on the front of the palate is contrasted and balanced by density and richness, along with notes of raspberry jam, dried blueberries, and cherry candy. The finish returns to the vineyard with a rustic earthiness and supple, but chewy tannins.

O'Shaughnessy Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2012The 2012 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous and multilayered wine that showcases the complexity of all seven of the Bordeaux varietals that we farm. The wine is dark purple in color with aromas of violets, raspberries, blueberry compote, black tea and vanilla bean. Focused flavors of wild cherry jam, crème de cassis, plum butter, caramelized sugar, and mocha are followed by a long finish with integrated acidity and palate filling tannins. Muscular, but with restrained elegance, this wine carries the O'Shaughnessy trademark of balance and power.
Domaine Fouassier Sancerre Rosé 2015Steady salmon rosé robe. Mineral nose with lemon aromas, smoked tints in background. The mouth is frank with a nice sap and an acidity which is welcomed in the final and on grapefruit aromas.
Naked Earth RougeEye: Beautiful concentration, with rich hues of dark crimson, raspberry-red at the edges. Nose: An impressive nose of strawberry and vanilla, with accents of cinnamon and smoke.
