Selbach-Oster Riesling Kabinett 2015ZELTINGER SCHLOSSBERG is mineral to the MAX! I think it's time to give this vineyard its due: it's a great Grand Cru site, fully deserving the status of a Wehlener Sonnenuhr or Erdener Prälat. The pity is most of it is worked by the small growers of Zeltingen, amoung whom standards aren't particularly high. Flavors are borealis of slate, buttressed by lime and grassy aspects. Mosel-apple is present but discreet. Medium bodied. If you love Mosels for their cussed Mosel-ness, grab these wines and hang on for dear life!

ERA Primitivo 2015The vineyard uses a form of "clean" agriculture without using any pesticides and chemical substances in accordance with the rules set by the organic bodies. Each stage of the production is certified: vineyard, vinification process, storage, and bottling. Big, bold and velvety, this Italian Zinfandel is jammy with blackberry and cherry fruits, wrapped in a silky texture of supple tannins.
Domaine Fouassier Sancerre Rosé 2015Steady salmon rosé robe. Mineral nose with lemon aromas, smoked tints in background. The mouth is frank with a nice sap and an acidity which is welcomed in the final and on grapefruit aromas.
Naked Earth RougeEye: Beautiful concentration, with rich hues of dark crimson, raspberry-red at the edges. Nose: An impressive nose of strawberry and vanilla, with accents of cinnamon and smoke. Palate: A complete package: thick, rich and concentrated upon entrance, moving into notes of ripe fruits (strawberry and blueberry), the finish is long and elegantly spicy, ending with hints of dark cherries, espresso and chocolate.
