Vinkara Kalecik Karasi 2013A dry red wine made from Kalecik Karası grapes indigenous to Anatolia. Ruby in color with slight garnet reflections. Intense flavors of ripe red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and plum are present on the palate along with spicy notes of black pepper and chestnuts. Vinkara Kalecik Karası is smooth, well balanced and intense with a long lingering finish.

Bodegas Juan Gil 12 Meses Monastrell 2014Deep purple/black color. Explosive aromas of ripe currant, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence. Fine, ripe tannins, at once supple and structurally present.
Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2011This wine comes from three proprietary vineyards: La Veguilla, Jararte, and Valgrande located around the towns of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida. Soils are calcareous clay with gravel. Careful hand harvesting of perfectly mature clusters with good sanitary conditions and additional selection made in the winery using a sorting table. The Rioja Crianza (100% Tempranillo aged 14 months in used American and French oak, and bottled unfiltered) exhibits a complex nose of roasted herbs, sweet cherries, earth, and vanilla. Medium-bodied, with attractively sweet fruit, decent acidity, and silky tannin, it can be enjoyed over the next 2-3 years. The wine undergoes 21 days maceration with two pump-overs daily during the first 11 days and a light pump-over every day after that. Temperature controlled fermentation. Aged 14 months in 2-3 years old Bordelaise barrels of American and French oak with racking every four months. Bottled unfiltered.
Proemio Malbec Reserve 2014Deep purple, intense wine, with aromas of distinctive personality and varietal typicity, notably blackberries, and the floral scents of violets and vanilla. A sweet start of mouth, followed by an ample and intense feel in the mid palate, with a silky and rounded tannin texture. It stands out for its fruity character and the crispiness of its well- balanced acidity. A long and lingering finish, with the presence of sweet and fresh wooden flavors. The body of this wines makes an ideal match for semi- hard cheeses, or grilled or barbecued red meat, or pastas.
Marchesi de' Frescobaldi Castello di Pomino 2015When poured, the wine's straw-yellow hues remind one of the colour of the ripening Chardonnay grapes bathed in the summer's sun that lose their green tints to varying degrees of yellow. To the nose, Pomino is an explosion of flowers including sweet wisteria and intense lilies, which are followed by a fruity aroma of pears and tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. Upon entering the mouth, the wine is soft and enveloping and combines freshness with minerality, introducing a wine that fully reflects the Pomino terroir. Tasted in April 2016. Fattoria Petrolo Toscana Torrione 2013Petrolo's "chateau", wine made from the different grapes varietals on the estate. The grapes proportion is the same as the vineyards we have. A perfect example of a balanced, sharp and deep red. A wine that better than others talks of the real identity of our area. Torrione is made mainly from pure Sangiovese grapes, both those that come from historic vines of the 70s and ones more recently planted with high density. The yield per plant is notably restricted (max 2.5 lbs per vine plant), allowing a concentration of all the noble components of the grape, fundamental for the full-bodied character of this wine. The maceration on the skins lasts for 14 days. Afterwards, the malolactic fermentation takes place, partly in French barrels of 225 liters, partly in 40 Hl oak barrels, and partly in cement vats. The wine then is aged in French oak barriques, one third new, for approximately 15 months.

The 2012 has a dense purple robe, red highlights and a vibrant violet rim. Full bodied and opulent, the 2012 is polished, supple and harmonious with a long and complex finish and a vibrant core of minerality. While you will find it deliciously enjoyable today, with patience, you can savor its evolution for decades to come. For the fullest sensory experience we encourage decanting Continuum, to allow the wine to breathe before serving. Decanting awakens the wine's more purely fragrant expression and enhances the suppleness of the palate.

Natura Carmenere 2015Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of cherries and spice, especially black pepper, on the nose. Robust and full bodied on the palate. Smooth and velvety, with ripe and well-balanced tannins. This wine is ideal with all grilled or sauced red meat dishes, seasoned game birds, and white meats. It also pairs very well with pastas, pâté, hams, and ripe cheeses.
De Martino Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2015The nose is intense with white peach, citrus, and sweet herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with good acidity, peachy fruit notes reappear and linger on the fi nish. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or with raw shellfish, sushi, and grilled seafood.

Moone Tsai Hillside Red 2010Richly deep and dark red in hue, the wine's aromas tease with rich red fruit and spice. The mouth, deftly presents a dramatic juxtaposition best characterized as "Marilyn Monroe meets Margaret Thatcher" at once beckoning alluringly, only to reveal a focused vigor, graced by austere elegance. Upon the palate, the wine is powerful and precise, evoking ripe black cherry, freshness, minerality, and a hint of eucalyptus. Twenty six months of aging in French oak provides the subtlety of sweet barrel spices and toast that sustain throughout the finish.
