Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Caymus Vineyards produces two Cabernets Sauvignons - a "Napa Valley" and the venerable "Special Selection". Both Cabernet bottlings have aromas and flavors which can only be achieved through "hang time" - a technique which chances the loss of crop if early winter sets in. Leaving the fruit to "hang" on the vine unusually long develops suppleness, increases color, and matures the tannins of the grapes. The wines are abundant in textural tannins yet soft as velvet. Crop thinning, allowing measured sunlight to reach the vine's fruit zone, and waiting for increased ripeness are all part of our viticultural practices. Caymus Cabernets offer a wide array of aromas and flavors including cocoa, cassis and vanilla.

Dominus Napa Valley Red 2014Dominus Estate wines are made with an objective of purity, balance and complexity. Minimal intervention and restraint throughout the process of grape berry selection, fermentation and aging preserve the character of the fruit. The resulting wines convey the very personality of the vineyard. Dominus winemaking includes separate lot-by-lot fermentation. Cluster sorting by hand is complemented by an optical berry sorting system. Gentle pumping-over extracts aromas, color and tannins. Vertical wine press at low pressure delicately releases components from the skin. Racking barrel to barrel in 100% french oak removes sediment and assures clarification of the wine during aging. We recommend decanting the wine prior to serving to allow it to develop its full potential. This is especially important when serving young Dominus wines.

Gerard Bertrand Perles De Sauvignon Blanc 2016The Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by its attractive citrus, and sometimes menthol, aromas and is nicely rounded on the palate. The ageing of part of the wine in oak barrels gives structure and length in mouth.

ERA Primitivo 2015The vineyard uses a form of "clean" agriculture without using any pesticides and chemical substances in accordance with the rules set by the organic bodies. Each stage of the production is certified: vineyard, vinification process, storage, and bottling. Big, bold and velvety, this Italian Zinfandel is jammy with blackberry and cherry fruits, wrapped in a silky texture of supple tannins.
Naked Earth Rouge 2015Beautiful concentration, with rich and dark crimson hues, showing raspberry-red tinges at the edges. An impressive nose of strawberry and vanilla, with accents of cinnamon and smoke. Thick, rich and concentrated upon entry, moving into notes of ripe fruits like strawberry and blueberry. The finish is long and elegantly spicy, ending with hints of dark cherries, espresso and chocolate. Serve with red meat, hearty pastas, pizza and spicy dishes.
Natura Carmenere 2015Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of cherries and spice, especially black pepper, on the nose. Robust and full bodied on the palate. Smooth and velvety, with ripe and well-balanced tannins. This wine is ideal with all grilled or sauced red meat dishes, seasoned game birds, and white meats. It also pairs very well with pastas, pâté, hams, and ripe cheeses.
