Landmark Vineyards Overlook Pinot Noir 2013The 2013 Overlook® Pinot Noir has a medium ruby core with intense aromas of raspberries, red cherry, with hints of cola and mahogany. This medium-bodied Pinot Noir exhibits bright acidity with flavors of red currant, orange zest and milk chocolate that is balanced with soft integrated tannins. Drink now, but would benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar. Food Pairing: The 2013 Overlook Pinot Noir pairs well with slow roasted pork roast, duck a l'orange, eggplant parmesan, grilled summer vegetables and aged cow's milk cheeses.
Sottimano Barbaresco Fausoni 2013The fermentation and the maceration on the skins normally takes about 25 days. No selected yeasts are used. The malolactical fermentation happens naturally in French barrels coopered expressively for us by Francois Frères in Burgundy. The wine stays in these barrels for approximately 24 months, half of this time on its lees. 15% of the barrels used for aging this wine are new, the remaining 85% have previously been used up to 4 times. There is no filtering and no fining prior to bottling.

Sottimano Barbaresco Curra 2012The Cura vineyard is located in the town of Neive, which is very close to the area of Barbaresco; this results in a wine rich in tannins, like all the wines from Barbaresco, but with the fruity, charming elegance of Neive.This wine is released one year after the other crus to better express its components.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé 750mlAppearance: Its pale and bright pink colour is adorned with warm glints of gold and its delicate slowly rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse. Aroma: This cuvée unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red fruits and zest of citrus fruits. Palate: Its special method of vinification gives this cuvée a light, elegant flavour, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. O'Shaughnessy Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2012The 2012 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous and multilayered wine that showcases the complexity of all seven of the Bordeaux varietals that we farm. The wine is dark purple in color with aromas of violets, raspberries, blueberry compote, black tea and vanilla bean. Natura Carmenere 2015Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of cherries and spice, especially black pepper, on the nose. Robust and full bodied on the palate. Smooth and velvety, with ripe and well-balanced tannins. This wine is ideal with all grilled or sauced red meat dishes, seasoned game birds, and white meats. It also pairs very well with pastas, pâté, hams, and ripe cheeses.
De Martino Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2015The nose is intense with white peach, citrus, and sweet herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with good acidity, peachy fruit notes reappear and linger on the fi nish. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or with raw shellfish, sushi, and grilled seafood.
