It is a seamless integration of supple tannins, intense varietal aromas and rich flavor that expresses the utmost quality of the Estate. The grapes for this proprietary Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from the best blocks of our extremely rocky hillside vineyard and aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 2 years. This is a deeply concentrated wine with layers of complexity designed for extended aging.
